October Fishing Trip to Burrinjuck Dam
The Club held its October long weekend fishing trip at Burrinjuck Dam and even though the weather wasn't the best (we needed the rain) some nice Golden Perch and a cod were landed. Due to a lot of other fuctions being on around town only a small number of members turned up.
Those who did venture to Burrinjuck enjoyed good company, rain, rain, and more rain and some good fishing when the clouds lifted.
The members who attended were:
Anthony Harpley - landed a nice cod around 15 pounds, gave her a kiss and sent her on her way
Jim Harpley - 2.8lbs Golden Perch cleaned
Ian Harpley - below holding his 6.20lbs Golden Perch cleaned
Peter Stuckey - below holding his two Golden Perch which were released 54cm and 43cm
Ben Armour - holding his cleaned 2.15lbs Golden Perch in his left hand and has Allan's cleaned 3.90lbs Golden Perch in his right hand.
