Fishing Report 21st August

Fishing Report 21st August

In the past week good numbers of redfin have been caught at blowering dam up to 4lb & the odd yella's has also been caught as well as some nice murray cod. At Talbingo the trout are biting on blades casting right to to the edge of the bank within view of the boat ramp. Old man creek & the murrumbidgee river are in minor flooding at the moment due to recent rain so fishing is quite. Mulwala is producing some nice just legal cod casting lures around the timber.

Club Trip to Burrinjuck 26-27 April 2011

The Club held a fishing trip to Burrinjuck Dam on the 26th-27th February. A good crowd turned up and the weekend was a great event although one elderly member did try and find out what it was like to drink 3/4's of a bottle of rum. We doubt he will venture there again. Some pictures of the fish caught are below. The next trip will be to Tantangara on the 26th-27th March.
